Coming from the airport take the exit Alajuela. After passing the hospital and the Mall International you turn left (you will reach an intersection) after 1.5 km (1 mile) . From there on you go straight for about 1 km until you reach the Total gas station. There you turn left and keep straight. After 1.2 km you reach the suburb of La Trinidad with a small park to your right. At the end of the park turn left and after one block turn right. After 300 m you will see the Hotel Coconut House on the right side.
Coming form the Hampton Inn exit towards downtown Alajuela you will reach an intersection after 2 km (left side Mac Donald's, right side gas station Tropicana). Here you turn left and after 1.3 km you reach the Total gas station. There you turn left and keep straight. After 1.2 km you reach the suburb of La Trinidad with a small park to your right. At the end of the park turn left and after one block turn right. After 300 m you will see the
Hotel Coconut House on the right side.
